Meet our Founders
General Manager Ishara brings 15 years of experience in food and beverage management, having worked with renowned hotels and restaurants globally, with expertise in wine pairing, table-side services, and event management. Ishara ensures every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Executive Red Seal Chef Gaya, with over 20 years of culinary expertise, has traveled the world, leading kitchens in renowned hotels and restaurants. Chef Gaya has mastered the art of fusion cuisine, blending global flavors with local ingredients.
